Negombo
Negombo is a small town approximately 50 km north of Colombo in Sri Lanka. Negombo has a small port and its economy is based on tourism and fishing.

- At Negombo Hotel Road you can get everything you desire. From eating fresh lobster to the national drink arrack.
- If you want to buy jewellery, which is by the way very cheap because of the gems which can be found in Sri Lanka, you should go to „Blue Moon“, which is directly across the Hotel Browns Beach.
- For dinner or lunch the Kind Coconut is the best! You should really try the local beer Lion Lager.
- The Fish market in Negombo is also worth a sightseeing tour.
- In the evenings the Rodeo Pub with its mixed clientele is a very nice surrounding to take a drink.
- For shopping food you can go to „Cargills Food City“ in Negombo.
